The Australian High Commissioner visited the Junior Girls Correctional Centre in Osu on 17 September 2026, joining representatives of the Mental Health & Well-Being Foundation and the centre.
The visit highlighted renovation work carried out by the Foundation with support from the Australian High Commission’s Direct Aid Program (DAP). It also included the presentation of food supplies and personal-care items for the girls at the centre.
The occasion brought the Foundation, the High Commission and centre representatives together in support of the girls’ well-being. Photographs record the visiting delegation and the provisions presented.
